We are that place where God becomes visible

I Will to Not forget the Truth of What I Am

as i enter today’s dyadic experience it is with the intention to deepen into the realizations from yesterday///

How can i embody and express in, as, with the Heart Center?

Thank you for the dyad

For the beauty held in this Now moment

For the understanding that there is no usefulness –
Here and Now
in
Compartmentalizing

and that every seemingly worldly event –

being it an experience with the body
or
A conversation with a so called other
or
A moment with a coyote or an owl or a deer

It is all opportunity to surrender any sense of “separate” and allow Life to do its thing uninterrupted and without obstruction or complaint

The ability to land attention and Rest in Here Now ME

IS MINE

And the more it is practiced the more focus on a me who is other than you loses all sense of meaning

THIS JUST IS

THIS and THIS and THIS

What problem is there to solve in the

HERE NOW ME?

and

Who is it who is…..
not here
not now
not me?

Can you find her?

It is OK Little One
All is OK Here
All is as it is NOW

No-thing more worthwhile than Simply Being ME

and Letting Go of the mis-perception that being me somehow means that
