During the dyad there was a few moments where what was experienced was a sense of a “child-like” being trapped in a life that she could not escape from…

A memory/sense of not being Free and not knowing how to be safe in the world i found myself in

A child-like being – contracted – not knowing she was loved – trying only to figure out how to be unseen, safe…

It’s not “personal” – I get that

and i will to surrender this fear infused construct

I call upon the help of my guides and teachers – my friends in the Upper Room

In this NOW moment I CHOOSE Heaven
