This morning i had a very powerful Compassionate Inquiry Session…

As i enter today’s dyad it is with the desire to continue to bring to the surface what was exposed…

Yes – I know that i MATTER – Simply because i exist

and – what is exposed is this sense that

I AM NOTHING – that i am worse than nothing 0 that my full expression of “me” is an irritant and a bother – and that it is not safe or useful to either express my needs or to show up in the world as me…

as all of me

Thank you for the triad

Along with the call that reminded me – once again – that all the pain i was feeling had NOTHING to do with what was actually happening in the world.

I WILL TO TAKE 100% resonsibility for what is arising here.

TO STAND STILL in SELF and to allow all sense of less than, not enoughness, fear of being unapologetically me to rise to the surface where it can be reclaimed A NEW
