The body, the mind, the world appears loud and active

and i claim my True Identity

Thank you for the dyad

A recognition that all arises in me

During the dyad there was the experience of looking through the eyes, the portal – at more of what I AM

Like being the ocean looking through a holey structure within the ocean

and now, as this writing occurs, there is this sense that what I AM “is” the structure – separate from the space.

That what I Am, as cyndi, is hampered by a sore throat, congestion, an aging body
