As an Awakening Together Minister who has been certified to facilitate MPP Classes I (cyndi) can now offer these classes to the Open Door Community.

The Teachings of Inner Ramana will begin with Homework on May 1rst and our Live Classes will take place on Friday May 8, 15th and May 22nd from 3 until 5 PM EST.

Please note that the live classes are never recorded and will only be open to those who have registered for the class

As with everything at An Open Door, the financial commitment is via donation. The cost for taking the class through Awakening Together is $90 – and we ask that before you donate you check in with your heart and offer that which feels best. The donations received will support both Awakening Together and An Open Door.

The required textbook for the class is The Teachings of Inner Ramana by Regina Dawn Akers. In addition to the textbook participants will also receive a workbook created by Regina Dawn Akers and will be invited to participate in 3 2 hr Zoom Gatherings.

Purpose: The purpose of this course is to introduce the participant to simple spiritual practice techniques that can be practiced within one’s everyday life.

Objectives:

1. The participant will become familiar with surrender as a means of tuning into spiritual intuition for guidance in everyday circumstances.

2. The participant will practice the mantra as a way of gently removing attention from mental chatter.

3. The participant will practice self-inquiry in order to notice that the “I” in thought is only thought.

4. The participant will practice Self-inquiry in order to seek for the true Self.
