Hello

I am aware of the small self and it’s activities – i see her “working”, planning – “deciding” – wondering…

not so much “worrying”

but she does compare – and continually make up stories about

not me

not here

not now

I am aware that it is being more easily seen because the identification as that is weakening.

and she (the little self) is becoming more transparent.

As i enter today’s dyadic experience it is the “all of” what keeps the little self alive that i will to bring and place on the altar.

I will only for that which sings to the Tune of Love and Above.

Thank you for the dyad

Thank you for this NOW

I choose TRUE

I see ACTIVITY that appears to color/distort this now with a taste of fear.

I ask for assistance

I ask for the skies to part – and for this NOW to be cleansed…purified…released of all that would question or limit God’s Will

Now What?

Hands off the wheel

Relax into

I Am Here I Am Here I Am always Here

The thoughts of others (not me)

Later (not now)

There (not here)

are, more and more – being noticed

along with how they taste… how they feel….

contracted sour limited

The specifics/the judgements do not matter

Just that it is “not me”, “not here”, “not know”.

Along with the increasing clear awareness that these thoughts…

along with the tales they spin….

Are being held in “HERE”, “NOW”, “ME”.

The depth/the beauty/the movement of HERE NOW ME

Is always here, always available, NOW

and contains within it the ability to swallow and reclaim, reframe…

Not me not here not now

To the Tune of Love and Above

and all that is required is the choosing in each moment that there is a remembering and the asking for help in each awareness of the sense of isolation or fear or the not knowing how to solve all “problems” that contain any aspect of “not me”, “not here”, “not now”.
