A question arose this morning…

Is the pulsing a defense mechanism? Is it some kind of shield/block/resistance that limits my ability to sink deeper?

To rest in the heart?

as i enter today’s dyad it is this question i bring…

Our Real existence is as Spirit, and only in the degree that we perceive our real existence as Spirit, do we drop the false sense of life as material – The Infinite Way

and i pray for ALL the help available to make it so…

hand moves, words appear, birds sing

a memory arises of a Robin hopping on the sidewalk with a worm in his mouth – as i approached he dropped the worm and flew a short distance away

I walk past and he begins his hop-like walk back to the worm….

I turn to watch but he would have no part of it, as soon as i turned to give the scene my attention he froze…

I like to believe he grabbed the worm after i walked away…

Why was that scene in my movie?

Is there a teaching, an awareness that will help me rest in the heart center?

Is it True that i am not now there? in the heart?

I walked a ways with him once. I cannot recall his name, but i do remember the ease with which we chatted…
