is that in severing the attachment to identity as mind/body

a busy mind
an “ill” body

matters not

With the attachment to “the thinking mind as me” gone…

it can think or not think
so what?

In the meantime the field in which I Am Aware grows and grows and the thinking mind becomes less and less important/it no longer distorts the field of awareness

It is – after all – no more or less me then any other object in the universe

What to do?

Be in joy with the coffee

Invite this spaciousness to take center stage

Hang in the In-Between
