You need nothing more, just remember that you are the witness only.

Cease to be the object and become the subject of all that happens; once having turned within, you will find yourself beyond the subject. Where do these words come from?

By what magic does the hand holding the pen move?

What knows how to make that occur?

and how is that separate from what is watching the words appear?

There is the outward movement – the writing of the words…

There is the inner movement – the receiving of the words as they are appearing

There is the outer movement – the activity of giving these words form – placing them on the page – making them visible “out there”

There is the inner movement – the watching the words appear – the receiving of the form into this sense of me
