In listening to Helen Hamilton this morning I heard her invite the possibility of knowing the egoic sense of self as just another object in the road…

I say yes to this – and as i enter today’s dyad it is with the desire to “know” this as Direct Experience…

Thank you for the triad

It’s always NOW
It’s always HERE
It’s always ME
I Exist

What is net is always NOW…

A feeling of “what’s next” is experienced HERE NOW ME

Do you see?

It truly is as simple as….

and this thought…

“go get the clothes out of the dryer”

The thought is arising HERE NOW in ME

The thought is a form arising in the formless

Same as… HAND PEN WORDS chair table….

Can it be?
It can be no other….

All rising and falling in/as/with

ME HERE NOW EMPTY STILL AWARENESS

No one here concerned about another….

If a concern arose it would be a thought form, same as the thought about the laudry
