I collapse time through certainty. My desires already exist in the spiritual realm. I do not question when or how. I KNOW they are mine. Time bends to my consciousness. What I claim in certainty manifests instantly. I am living proof that miracles are natural when you operate from the 99% reality.

As i step into today’s dyadic experience it is with an intense experience in the upper torso/heart center i bring.

The mind is seen thinking about food – about what to do next

an impulse to draw energy/attention away from presence…

the thoughts gone/replaced with an awareness of sensations in the torso and a heavy fogginess in the head

How to be?
Seeing the thinking mind attempting to chew on the question…

A knowing it does NOT know

followed by a heart pain/pounding
a desire to start focusing on breakfast again

anything but this…
