Something, Nothing, Everything

I am something

I sit here

I type this

I walk there

I eat, I shit

I laugh, I kiss

I, I, I, OY!

I count the hours and the minutes and the seconds

Breathing and dreaming and doing

I am a big deal

I am nothing

A thought, a dream, an illusion

Here today and gone today

And never was

A joke I could have laughed at

The space between the electrons

Dark matter

No matter

I am everything

Billions and billions and billions

Of galaxies each with billions and billions and billions of stars

All are contained within me

And take up little space

My time is eternity always now

My place is everywhere

These paltry words don’t touch me

I am ever-expanding love

Traveling beyond the speed of light

And ever so still

I am

  1. Yes! Thank you. Been listening to Kelly Howell’s Universal Mind Meditation. Your poem resonates with this and helps Truth to be my operating system again❣️💜sally
