How to know what is really there to be brought to light versus what is being created on the spot to keep the projector running?

The Presence holds no “seed judgements” – and as “i” continue to rest IN, AS, WITH the energetic sense of being a “person separate” is being undone

Make no assumption relative to Process and Practice
Instead…

In each moment that there is a sensed choice or contraction, suffering or fear
Pause
and ask Divine Presence for assistance…

There is no separate person here

and Every not me, not here, not now thought is like a space between the present moment and the experience of it.
