If you realize that you do not perceive your own best interest, you could be taught what they are. But in the presence of your conviction that you do know what they are, you cannot learn.

Yesterday there was a phone all that left me “disturbingly numb”

Last evening there was an experience that stirred up a low level upset

and this morning there was a conversation that, if i looked at it too closely, would make my insides hurt.

I accept that all 3 of these examples are poking at something(s) “in here” that i am now saying yes to having brought up from the cellar – that they may be given to the Light for re-claimation
